My husband was having trouble programming stations on his van radio. He has always used AutoSound and decided to see if they could help him. The young man actually took the time to come out and programmed it but refused any payment! Excellent customer service and hats off to AutoSound for employing such great people! Thank you!

These guys have been around forever for a reason. They are the best of the best. I just recently had a snowplow put on my truck and somehow when it was installed caused a huge glitch in my head unit. Causing my head unit to not shutoff and battery to be dead I called up and Jake answered super friendly and was able to get me in immediately. Their tech got everything straightened out and went over everything with me. I’m back up and running again. Thank you!

Great Shop! Alpine reseller and very happy with recommendations. Matt was very helpful and supported several emails of back and forth to get the right system selected. Team was very knowledgeable and committed to finishing the install on time. In the end very happy with the very clean installation and first rate customer service. Worth driving from the west side of Cleveland to get the job done correctly the first time. Installed Alpine iLX-507 headunit, S2-S69 & S2-S40C speakers, rear view camera, microphone, and GPS antenna in 1993 C4 Corvette. Update: a few weeks later one of the settings got reset on the head unit, they walked me through the settings and got it corrected in five minutes. Really glad I went with this team.
